24 Delicious Recipes to Create a Perfect Easter Dinner
Option 1: Pork is the star of this option. Served on a bed of warmed mixed grapes with a crispy skin. The side items are easy and delicious Hassleback potatoes and a refreshing and healthy apple, walnut and cranberry salad. Finish the dinner off with a slice of luscious Meyer lemon meringue pie.
Option 2: Fancy kicking off your Easter dinner with an appetizer? We start things with portion of oven-baked crispy green bean fries and follow them up with the easiest, juiciest roast chicken. For the sides, homemade savory apple sauce pairs nicely with sweet honey glazed carrots and a low fat dessert of blueberry muffin ice cream rounds off the meal.
Option 3: Set the tone of your Easter dinner with a delicious and easy-to-prepare appetizer everyone loves: Spinach Artichoke Dip. For the main meat, we move to an unusual but delicious chicken and apple dish cooked in the slow cooker. Our sweet chicken gets paired with unbelievably yummy lavender and rosemary rolls and a hearty helping of southern style sweet peas, before we finish the meal with a sophisticated blueberry and fig Tarte tatin.
Option 4: Lavender and lemon dress succulent chicken thighs for our main. We pair this with maple roasted sweet potato fries with bacon and a noodle-free veggie "kugel". Finally, for dessert we have orange-glazed pineapple cookies that promise a pleasant tang and citrussy punch of flavor.
Nibbles & Drinks: Here are six ideas for nibbles and drinks to serve before appetizers or alongside your meal. Nibbles options include paleo, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian choices like the curried cashew nuts. Serve the loaded potato foccacia warm to welcome your guests and you could serve the pretzel knots as while-you-waits. Keep them hydrated with a variety of delicious drinks like adults-only Mile High Crush with rum or Pineapple Rum Punch. You could also serve up a coffee flavored smoothie alongside dessert.
