ReplyDeleteI'm delighted to say this week I got my act together and linked up before heading off to work. Always a good thing. I finally filled out the February sheet of your Blogging Worksheets, cleared out the email inbox, and I'm ready to start March. Um, on the 11th. Shhhh, don't tell anyone how behind that seems.
Today I'm linking up some goodies--first, because I'm not Irish, I've got Guinness-braised bratwurst on a broccoli-topped baked potato for St Patrick's day. Put that in your shoe and Feis on it?! I've also got a triple recipe for an Asian-spiced fish dinner: Hoisin-sesame Swai with Hoisin-roasted radishes and Asian beet greens. Boy, I'm using a lot of hyphens today. Final recipe is a Thai Turkey Cold Busting Hot and Sour Egg Drop Soup. I combined all my favorite elements of Chinese restaurant soups into a bowl and it helped me get over my cold.
