1 tsp salt
1 packet/7g active dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
2 cups gluten free bread flour, sifted

How do you like your pizza? Thin crust, hand-tossed and airy, deep dish, rustic and unusually shaped? No matter your pizza preference, this recipe is the only one you'll ever need! It creates a literally fail-proof pizza dough suitable for any toppings you could throw at it. This recipe uses strong flour or bread flour, flour that you can use for making pasta, so it's a bit more robust and definitely easy to work with.It's versatile enough to be rolled thinly or you can pile up a deep dish like I've done for a Chicago style pizza pie. Ingredients:
For the fail-proof pizza dough1 cup warm water at 100F/45C
1 tsp salt
1 packet/7g active dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
2 cups gluten free bread flour, sifted
Instructions:
Fail-proof Pizza Dough- Dissolve the yeast in the warm water for at least five minutes.
- Combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the yeast, water and olive oil and stir well to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about five minutes until smooth.
- Place back in the bowl, cover and let rise until it has doubled in size. At least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350F/180C.
- Roll dough out on floured surface into whatever shape you'd like your pizza to be.
- Sauce and pile on your toppings and bake until golden brown and cooked through. (Cooking time will vary depending on how thinly you roll your dough.)
