Serves 4 to 6

1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion granules/powder
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss/Emmental cheese, divided
2 cloves minced garlic
10 ounces/280g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
14 ounces/400g quartered artichoke hearts, drained and diced
18 ounces/500g cream cheese
black pepper, to taste

Ingredients:
For the spinach & artichoke dip1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion granules/powder
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss/Emmental cheese, divided
2 cloves minced garlic
10 ounces/280g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
14 ounces/400g quartered artichoke hearts, drained and diced
18 ounces/500g cream cheese
black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, but set aside 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
- Chill for two hours, if you're in a hurry, you don't have to, but it helps the flavors fuse.
- Spread out in an oven safe dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 180C/350F for about 30 to 35 minutes or until top layer of cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot!
