How to Make Gluten Free Cheese Sauce

Instructions:
- Whisk together the corn flour and two tablespoons of the milk in a small bowl and add to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the olive oil, milk, cheese, salt and pepper until combined.
- Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
