Traditionally, garlic bread is made with slices of French baguette--perfectly crusty and unmistakably delicious. But trying to replicate the crusty-cum-chewiness of a proper baguette without that essential stretchy gluten is pretty damn tough. I'd say it's impossible. Since a baguette was out of the question, I went seeking an alternative and found it in this cob of gluten free sourdough! All I'll say is: holy yum, y'all.
