Emily Fruit Crisps Review
Being gluten free, lunch and snack times are some of the worst time for not eating gluten. Gluten dominates lunch times: it's in the bread for sandwiches, wraps and pasta. Most snacks are filled with gluten, too, so when you stumble across a delicious snack that's good for you and free of gluten, it's a goldmine!I've always been a fan of dehydrated fruit snacks and fruit leathers. They're a lovely way to snack without ruining your diet or healthy eating regime. These fruit crisps from Emily are even better because they're made with an innovative technique for keeping their nutrients. With nothing but the fruit itself and a drop of oil, these snacks are healthy and nutritious.
Available in three flavours, banana, pineapple and apple, although apple is my favourite. The banana, as dried banana tends to be, is a bit chewy and sometimes overtly sweet. The pineapple is lovely and crunchy and would work well on its own or mixed with nuts, raisins or sultanas. But, the apple is the real shining star of the bunch. Made from Pink Lady Apples, it's delicious and just the right amount of natural sweetness.
You can enjoy these snacks straight from the packet or combine them all for a sort of trail mix that's vibrant and yummy.
