Instructions:
Mummy Brownies- Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
- Place all dry ingredients (except the Toffi Chocs) in bowl.
- Pour over the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
- Fold in the toffi chocs, if using.
- Pour the brownie batter into a square baking tin lined with parchment and bake 15 to 20 minutes until desired doneness.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the tin while making the icing for the mummy wraps.
- Combine the icing sugar and the milk in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add in the marshmallow fluff and whisk until it is at a pipeable consistency. (If the icing is too thin add more fluff; if it's too thick, add more milk.)
- Once you have reached the desired consistency, spoon into a piping bag and set aside.
- Remove the brownies from the tin and cut them into rectangles.
- Pipe the marshmallow icing over the brownies to resemble mummy wrappings, allowing some to trail down the sides of the brownies.
- Place two pieces of candy near the tops of the brownies to resemble eyes.
- Allow to the marshmallow icing to harden and set before serving.
Witch's Brew Party Punch
- Combine the pineapple juice and carbonated limeade in a pitcher.
- Add in a few drops of blue and green food coloring until desired green color is reached.
- Stir to combine and serve.
