DeleteAnyonita--the watermelon around here are growing and getting sweeter by the day, so I've got a bit of time until harvest--thanks for featuring so many great ideas, when I get watermelon I know where I'm turning for ideas!
ReplyDeleteIn a similar vein, I've linked up 3 zucchini/courgette recipes to help when you're overwhelmed: for breakfast, or a snack, Nutella Zucchini muffins. For dinner, a Zucchini, Corn, Leek and Pesto pizza. And for dessert, a Triple Chip Zucchini Spice cake.
Thanks for hosting!
