Rev up the chicken at your next barbecue with this amazingly mild and flavorful herb spice!
Serves 2 hungry adults & 1 toddler
There's nothing better than flame-licked, char-grilled juicy chicken. For this delicious and flavorful chicken, you only need three ingredients. Allowing your chicken to marinate is crucial for this recipe as it imparts flavor all the way through the meat. I've made this dish twice, once using plain, unflavored yogurt and once using Greek yogurt, but I prefer the tang and bite of the Greek yogurt. Also, I served this with grilled corn on the cob and coleslaw.

2 tbsp Chef's Essentials Original Cultural All Spices Dry Blend
6 boneless chicken thighs
170g Greek yogurt
1. Whisk together the Greek yogurt and the spice blend in a large enough bowl to hold all of the chicken.
2. Add the chicken thighs, push down to fully cover each piece with the yogurt and cover.
3. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before grilling on a hot barbecue until done.
4. Serve with grilled corn and coleslaw.
Note: if you don't have an outdoor grill, or if the weather isn't nice, this recipe works just as well with the chicken cooked in a griddle pan.
